Lisa's WebStory: How have you used the upgraded WebStore?
Advanced Placement test registration is very big at our school and many students often register for 3 or more tests each. Since we were transferring over to the new WebStore format, we thought this would be a good opportunity to really encourage online registration. We also knew that if we started with AP test online payment, a large number of our school population would get a look at the new WebStore and be able to try it out. Many of our parents have shared that they really like the new look of the store, the ease of use and the convenience, so I hope to have an increase in use for other events as a result of our successful launch!
Lisa's Advice:
I would recommend really stepping up advertising and encouraging use of the WebStore as the primary way to pay for large events, such as test registration and Prom, in order to get the word out!

Many of you processed a lot of transactions through your stores in the past month and now have a great email database of customers in your WebStore.- Go to "Management -> WebStore -> Send Email WebStore Users" to quickly and easily inform students and parents of new items for sale on your store!
The more parents that setup their own WebStore accounts and the more students that log in and purchase online, the more email addresses you'll have stored in your database and the easier it will be for you to notify students of upcoming items for sale.
